Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship from the USA! Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
International shipping times vary by location, usually 7-21 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We often run free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current deals!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us ASAP with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets through our secure Stripe checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption. Your payment info is transmitted directly to Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just contact us to start the return process.
How do I exchange an item?
For exchanges, please contact us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for. We'll send you return instructions and get your new item shipped out ASAP!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We're so sorry if that happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.

Are the product photos accurate?
We do our best to show products accurately! Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. Product descriptions include measurements and materials to help you know exactly what you're getting.
Will items be restocked?
We try to restock popular items, but some styles are limited edition! Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions vary by product. Generally, we recommend spot cleaning bags and accessories with a damp cloth. For hats, avoid getting them wet and store them on a flat surface to maintain their shape.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the "Promo Code" field at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total. Note: only one code can be used per order, and some codes have minimum purchase requirements.
