Amazon Seller Data and Amazon Buyer Information

Karry Kraze may collect Amazon order information through the Amazon Selling Partner API for our private internal business operations. This data may include Amazon order details, order line items, fulfillment status, shipment status, and buyer shipping information for merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders.

Amazon buyer personally identifiable information, including ship-to name, shipping address, and phone number when provided, is used only for order fulfillment, shipping label generation, shipment confirmation, inventory/order management, business records, and limited order-related customer support.

For merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders, Karry Kraze may share the required buyer ship-to information with Shippo through a secure HTTPS API connection solely to purchase USPS shipping labels and generate tracking information. Amazon buyer information is not sold, rented, used for marketing, used for unrelated analytics, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Amazon buyer information is stored in private Supabase systems with restricted owner/admin access, MFA-protected accounts, role-based access controls, Row Level Security, service-role separation, and encrypted transmission over HTTPS. Access to Amazon buyer information is limited to authorized Karry Kraze administrative use on a need-to-know basis. Amazon buyer information is not stored on public web pages, public repositories, removable media, or personal cloud storage.

Amazon buyer personally identifiable information is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after order delivery unless retention is specifically required by law. Non-personal business records, such as order IDs, SKU data, settlement records, accounting records, tax records, and inventory history, may be retained for business, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
